Gentle, Fast, Private ENT Care for Children

Private Children’s ENT Services with Mr Sri Mahalingam

From blocked ears to breathing trouble, private treatment brings comfort — without the wait.

When a child struggles with ear, nose or throat problems, the effects are hard to miss. Disrupted sleep. Missed school. Frustration during mealtimes. Parents notice, and worry grows fast.

Private children’s ENT care with Mr Sri Mahalingam, Consultant ENT Surgeon, offers earlier answers — and calmer, more comfortable solutions.

What We See Most Often

Many of the children we help have:

  • Recurring tonsillitis
  • Glue ear (fluid build-up behind the eardrum)
  • Enlarged adenoids or tonsils affecting breathing and sleep
  • Persistent ear infections
  • Nasal congestion, sinus issues
  • Tongue-tie affecting speech or feeding

Some conditions appear mild at first but may still affect hearing, sleep, or development. Early treatment can prevent these longer-term issues.

What Parents Often Ask

Not always. Some families come to us directly. That said, a referral from your GP or paediatrician can help us understand your child’s history and get started faster.

Most appointments are available within a few days. If your child’s symptoms are urgent — like severe pain, sleep disturbance, or frequent infections — let us know when you call.

There’s more time in each appointment, less waiting between steps, and usually one consistent specialist handling your child’s care. Tests, treatment, and surgery can all be arranged quickly, often in one location.

Not necessarily. Many issues can be treated without surgery. If a procedure is recommended, we’ll explain everything — why, what to expect, and how to prepare.
